Love can’t be fenced in, and cowboys aren’t always what you expect.
Mary, who is late for most things in life, learns to ride a horse from Red, a mysterious wrangler who also teaches her that love can’t be fenced in. Will she be too late to apply this realization to her marriage with Crick? This play with original music explores gender identity and desire through the inimitable voice of Sarah Ruhl.
