This bawdy musical, set in Germany in 1929-30, explores the romances and adventures
of a restless, reckless English girl, Sally Bowles, and a penniless American
writer, Clifford Bradshaw. As the era of political distress begins, Bowles
is forced to decide between her American lover's call to respectability or
returning to the sleazy Kit-Kat Klub. A musical mocking emotion and emphasizing
the decadence and immorality of pre-Nazi Germany, the show features such memorable
songs as Willokommen, The Money Song, and of course, Cabaret.
This show contains adult subject matter, strong language and partial nudity.
