Jennifer Fletcher (Director/Sound Designer) is a second-year graduate student in theatre. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre from Sterling College in 1993. Her previous directing credits include The Sure Thing and Beau Jest, both at Theatre Atchison, Prelude to a Kiss at Sterling College, and The Bear last year at KU. At KU, Jennifer has appeared as Grandma in The Sandbox and as Vertner Mayer/Pony in the 2002 summer production of Prairie Fire. She has choreographed several productions at River City Community Players in Leavenworth and has performed in over 30 productions at various college and community theatres throughout the state of Kansas. Jennifer is the Education Director at Topeka Civic Theatre and Academy, where she directed a youth theatre production of Annie. She and her husband, Matt, live in Topeka.

Delores Ringer (Scenic and Costume Designer) has been a member of the KU theatre design faculty since 1984. Delores holds degrees from Pennsylvania State University and Hanover College in Indiana. As a UT designer, she has worked on the productions of The Cherry Orchard, Call of the Wild, Selkie, Machinal, Godspell, The Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Crimes of the Heart, and Die Fledermaus, to name just a few. Her most recent KU directing credits include the productions of Fen, The Gut Girls, Between Pancho Villa and a Naked Woman, and Variations on a Theme by Clara Schumann. In addition to designing for The University Theatre, Delores has designed for the English Alternative Theatre, University Dance Company, and the Cohan-Suzeau Duet Company at KU, and for the American Heartland Theatre in Kansas City and the Nebraska Shakespeare Festival in Omaha.

Samantha Raines (Sound Designer/Assistant Director) is a senior theatre major from Iola. At Allen County Community College, she performed in a production of Shakespeare's As You Like It. Samantha is an office assistant for The University Theatre this year and a member of Friends of the Theatre.

Paul Meier (Voice and Dialect Coach) is professor of theatre and film and has worked as the department’s voice, speech, and dialects specialist for over a decade. Last spring he directed Othello for the "Main Stage" series. He has dialect-coached scores of productions at KU and elsewhere, including Ang Lee’s film Ride with the Devil, Tim Robbins’ Arlington Road, and Billy Baldwin’s Elmer Gantry. Meier was trained in his native London at the Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama.

Matt Greer (Robert) is a junior from Tulsa, OK. This fall he portrayed Phillip Clandon in You Never Can Tell for which he was nominated for the Irene Ryan Acting Competition, sponsored by the Kennedy Center/American College Theatre Festival. Last spring Matt played Yeoman Herbert Quale in South Pacific. He has also appeared in the directing projects A Stye of the Eye and The Actor's Nightmare.

Evan C. Grosshans (Foss) is a junior theatre and theatre/voice major from Lawrence. Earlier this season he portrayed Finch M'Comas in You Never Can Tell. Previously he was seen as Ben in Six Degrees of Separation and was a member of the chorus for the productions of The Bartered Bride and The Pirates of Penzance. Off-campus Evan has performed in productions of The Devil's Disciple and The Importance of Being Earnest. A National Merit Scholar, Evan is a member of the International Thespian Society.

Adrienne Lamping (Elaine) is a senior theatre major from St. Louis MO. Most recently she played the Parlour Maid in You Never Can Tell. Last season she appeared in productions of Desdemona, A Play About A Handkerchief; Tomato Plant Girl; and Six Degrees of Separation. Her previous acting credits include the Inge Theatre production of Fen and the February Sisters' production of The Vagina Monologues last winter at ECM. She has also performed in productions at the St. Louis Municipal Theatre and Center of Contemporary Arts in St. Louis.

Phillip Vocasek (Jeffrey) is a senior theatre major from Dodge City. Earlier this season he portrayed Menelaus in Iphigenia at Aulis in the Inge Theatre. Last season he played Lodovico's Officer in Othello, the Postal Clerk in The Cherry Orchard, and Trent in Six Degrees of Separation.
